What you are buying
Paid plans, if offered, are digital account conveniences (for example saved calculator history or PDF export) delivered immediately after PayPal capture. Core wire-size, voltage-drop, and conduit-fill calculations remain available on the free site.
Proposed rule `[待确认]`
- Request a refund by emailing the contact above within 14 days of purchase.
- Include the PayPal transaction id and the account email.
- If you have not used Pro-only save/export features, we will refund the PayPal charge.
- If you have used those features, refunds are discretionary.
- Lifetime purchases follow the same window. A lifetime purchase is not a right to future, unbuilt products.
What we will not refund
- Dissatisfaction that a calculator result is only a planning reference
- Failure of an inspection, exam, or job that used the site as if it were stamped
- Simulator behavior, especially before any quality gate
- A desire to obtain an exam bank (we do not sell one)
Chargebacks
If you open a PayPal dispute, we may pause the Pro entitlement on the account while it is investigated.
Taxes
Any tax handling by PayPal is [待确认]. A refund, if issued, follows PayPal's reversal of the original payment.
